Thought maybe a shot of the room might help. If I follow through on this, the tub will be center room left, in this pic, where the bar is now.

Used to be a hot tub in this room (it's outside now). The exhaust fan from that time is still in place. Don't run it anymore, but if it needs to be run a certain amount of time, or certain time of year, not a big deal.

That will help. I don't envy your heating bill, but I really like top view aquariums.
