I bought a tidal 75 and thought the filter was supposed to be pretty quiet. The one I have sounds like terrible. It is extremely loud. It is the same loud as when you plug it in and it starts sucking water. The noise doesn’t go away. Plugged it in 4 hours ago or so and it hasn’t subsided. I removed the impeller and it looked fine. Put it back together and still loud. Any recommendations or did I just get a bad unit?

I took the impeller off the main unit and ran it under water and it is quiet. It only makes a noise when connected to the body of the filter. I have the filter adjusted so it is snug against the glass. The filter is not rattling. I don’t get it
