Tiny white worms/eels in sand

These guys seem harmless but I have a bunch of them in my sand bed. They poke out about 3/4" and blow in the current for 2-3 seconds and then retract. They behave like garden eels. Need for concern?

They are pretty cool. Unless harmful, I enjoy all the little extra critters that come with reefing.

do you have nassarius snails?

On closer inspection, I see some on the rock but they are only near the bottom. I'll try to get another pic but they are very fine and hair-like.
