To float or not to float

I think it causes critters to "jump ship." I will usually find pods and other critters in the water when I remove the frag. I started using this stuff because a friend that had a large outdoor greenhouse propagation set up recommended it. That was years ago though. Just what I use. I am like Jim and don't care to handle the Bayer. Besides, not everything that comes in on frag plugs is bad. I do dislike killing off free pods. Maybe I have just been lucky. :D
I'm with ya. I don't like the Bayer either, which is why I'm hoping the Expel by UWC works to replace it. I have a feeling that it is very similar to the ReVive.

I drip acclimate so I don't have to test the water they come in. To avoid ALK shock, salinity differences etc...

maybe its over kill, but I float for 20 mins and drip for 40 mins before I dip coral RX and rinse.
