This is a torch coral I bought about 2 months ago, we noticed color change in tentacles within the first month. Went from a beautiful purple/green to white tentacles. We moved it under our rock in shade and it seemed to do better for a while but stayed white. Lately it has been retracted and only a few tentacles come out for a little bit each day. Is it a goner? I see the spiny skeleton. All other corals are flourishing in the tank. I have hammer, frogspawn, acans. Tank parameters are WNL.

Post you parameters for sure. FTS might be helpful too. He definitely isn't thriving.
