One of my torch’s is showing the skeleton. The tentacles also look deflated. Any idea

Check your water parameters, how long has it been in the tank? anything change recently (lighting, dosing, water changes etc).

Keep an eye for any small critters/flatworms also.

Apparently they can do this a bit when spawning new growth too.

Doesn't look happy. Could be flow related or water parameters, or lighting. Also look for any signs of disease or parasites.

I’ve had it for a year. Parameters have been pretty stable. I did use reef flux in the tank back in August but everything has been doing great

Torches often retract and deflate, it’s just what they do. If all parameters are normal, and you haven’t changed lighting or flow, I would say it’s fine.

Just monitor it. It shouldn’t stay that way for any more than a couple of hours. (Unless it’s splitting)
