I'm having a problem with Elementz #1 crystalizing and reducing the dosing flow.

The solution was to put in a Pacific Sun drop dose dispenser.

The cheap way would probably be to seal and attach the dosing tube to an acrylic tube and submerse some of the tube.

The humidity in the tube prevents crystals from forming on the end of the dosing tube.

Guessing it's super saturated liquid that just needs something to seed the crystallization. This is about the extent of my memory when it comes to chemistry :)

I had a similar problem with my RHF DIY two-part alkalinity component. My solution was to aim my ATO hose at the end of the Alk hose. Worked for me.

I have the dropdose with my PacSun doser as well and it works great. Zero issues with crystallization for 2 months so far.

Hows the drop dose working for you? I assume this works with any dosing pump right? All I need to do is connect the tube to this unit?

I don't have any more solidification on the end of the alk dosing tube.
You lower the tube rack into the water a little and connect the dosing tubes to the unit.
