Trying some Stylo

Picked up 2 somewhat tiny frags of a purple/pink stylo and glued it to a rock I had that looked like a branch, been a few weeks and its looking the same, so I guess thats good.
Also just picked up a nice frag of a green stylo and placed it with the other. While the green is maybe 10 fold of the purple/pink they are both looking nice so far.
I placed them in the upper part of the tank so they are getting around 300-400 PAR and also getting moderate to high flow and it always looks puffed up.
I am not an SPS guy at all, but am trying them out.
So far its looking good.

Oh also picked up a giant sized Nepthea and had it cut into 4 pieces.... While a little on the dull green side, the tips are more neon or metallic.
They are standing up after a day in the tank and looking good too. I placed them on the floor of the tank though.
Hoping they brighten up nicely under my LED.

I got a Purple Stylo last year. Once they settle is their growth just takes off. Love mine! It's high up, par around 295-300, strong flow.

Love the stylo! Mine has at least quadrupled in size in the last 7 months

Mine was real slow for quite some time. But within the past couple months it's just taken off. Getting a lot of encrusting. Very cool corals [emoji7]

I love stylos, and seem to have better luck with them than even birdsnests! My blue stylo got huge and its beautiful.
