Tunze 3155 ATO problems

My new Tunze 3155 ATO is driving me crazy. That little pump is making so much noise you can hear it in another room. Has anyone else experienced the same problem? Can I replace the pump with something that doesn't make so much noise?

Did you take apart the pump to see if anything is in the pump is rubbing on the propellers or if anything is broken inside the pump?
