Does anyone know the size of this pump? How wide it its in to buttom. Cant find anyting on the internet

Base is about 2 or 3 inches

The bottom is round and I would say the diameter is a bit less than 2 inches

The nano will fit thru the mouth of a 5g jug.

Both ATO models use the same pump and yes they will fit thru the 5 gallon jugs with plenty of extra space to get thru

The outlet tube connection could use a threaded fitting. Mine comes off regularly.. -_-

I have mine on the lid of my BC29 and it will inevitably come on when i open the lid.

If you use the hoses/tubes that comes with the ATO systems then they fit in nicely and do not come off easily and you can push these hoses/tubes in as much as you can and they do not go in all the way. If you buy the 1/4 hoses/tubes at HomeDepot; they only have the clear or white color I think, the hoses there are a bit smaller than the hose/tube that comes with the Tunze ATO systems. You need to only push these in like 1/2 inch or a bit more ONLY because if you push the hose/tube all the way in, the pump does not pump any water out. I tie-wrap the hose/tube with the power supply cord so the 1/4 inch tube/hose does not go in too much or fall off easily...!
