Hello everyone I got a baby two spot bristletooth today about two inches. He’s a lone in his own tank. Eating frozen but won’t eat the seaweed off of the clip. Will this take some time? All my other tangs did it right away.

Sometimes it just takes a few days and they start eating just leave it in there once he/she finds it or realize what’s there its over.

Will do. If I break little pieces of it off and let it float around. It gets eaten. On the clip he/she acts like it doesn’t exists lol

@Brandonsegula if you don't mind me asking how large is the Lt. Tang and how was it overall with regards to attitude. It is on my short list if I can find a smaller one on Divers Den. I also had a Atlantic Blue on the short list but he didn't make it due to size. The Lt. Tang may also not make the cut in my 210 due to the width only being 54". I do have 30" in depth and height though but still.

I think you will be safe in your 210 with the lt tang. Mine only grew to be about 8 inches. Small for them but didn’t grow anymore since that. I always had bad luck with tangs having attitude problems lol
