I'd like to share a few photos of this chalice. I haven't seen one like it yet. If you have one that similar to it please share yours, or if it's named please let me know. I've been growing it for a few months now. Unfortunatly the mother colony was lost. Sorry about the bubble algae, I'm getting the upper hand on it now. The base color is pink, new eyes are green, old eyes are orange, finished off by a blue growth rim. I'll let the pics do the talking. Enjoy.

I'll post an updated photo this weekend, it's a lot happier now that it's out of the back of the tank. :D

You can never tell with those things when they're that tiny, let it grow to like 2-3" around and you'll get a better idea.

Looks very similar to my beloved Meat Balloon Chalice. Distinct green and yellow eyes.:)

Looks a bit like the WWC Sunny D to me. Here is mine. Could be different, but just judging in the pic....

Thanks for posting photos Adam and Craig. I agree that it shares a lot of colors with both the corals you've posted. It's on the mend and has started growing again. I'll see what I can do for a top down and new photo of it this weekend. Thanks.

Looks like a diamond in the rough will be taggin along for growth pics on this one

Here it is almost recovered, I lost a lot of corals over the last few months. I finally found and solved my issues so everything is on the rebound. Color is almost back in this pic.

I had one of these I bought from a frag swap around here but killed it in a tank change. Does it get the real long sweepers? It was def. different than the other chalices I have had. Paid $40 for a piece with about 7 eyes. I think I have some pics of it I will try to get some up as soon as I figure out how to post pics here.

I just got a Sony A57 DSLR camera so better photos will follow, this guy is doing a great job at killing everything around it.

You can see it under the acro in this photo. Still not the best image; but getting there. Not bad for ~15 months from starting with a tiny nub.
