Using GC with TTM?

I'm currently getting ready to try TTM with the 4:3:3:3 schedule. General Cure's dosing regimen fits into the first 4 days of TTM. Would it be ok to use General Cure during the first 4 days of TTM? Trying to eliminate the need for a 25% WC after second dose of GC or having to wait until after TTM to treat for flukes.

TTM is listed below:

Day 1 is first transfer. Then transfer on days:
Day 4
Day 7
Day 10
Day 13 / Done.

I would use the GC on days 4 and 10.

Sorry for not being clear, I didn't consider Day 1 would count as first transfer.
