I would treat them with copper per protocol - soon. Not sure its ich (could be velvet) - and if so - the sooner the better (treatment)

In the time the video played, I do not see any signs suggesting velvet other than heavy breathing which too can be flukes, low salinity and elevated ammonia.
What is making you suspect velvet?
Often signs of velvet will be swimming and gasping at surface, swimming in path of flow, loss of appetite, appearance, scratching and darting as examples. Been traveling through the day.

Hiding from light heavy breathing, also the pics I showed they have very small dots all over like powder

Velvet usually causes rapid breathing and not spots on the body (until late in the course of the infection). Ich looks a bit different on yellow tangs, but should not cause this rapid breathing. Therefore, unless there is an issue with aeration or water quality in this tank (be sure to rule those issues out!) then I would say this is velvet and/or ich and needs to be treated with coppersafe or copper power at 2.5 ppm ASAP.

A FW dip might buy you some time if it is velvet, but with the extra stress that causes, if you could just start a copper treatment this morning, that would be safer.

O.K., the copper should have kicked in by now, maybe by tomorrow. You have to be VERY certain that the ammonia level is held low, below 0.05 ppm if possible, and ensure the tank has good aeration.
