Vermited snails ?

Anyone help me out with this tanks been set since august have these like spaghetti works growing out on my rock and under some frag plugs

object is a little distant in pics but appears to be tube worms rather than vermetids which have more of a calcareous tube.

Yeah sorry not the best pictures I’ll see if I can snap another. They are growing quiet a bit on the rock

you can place superglue over the opening or direct water flow towards them, not at them and they will soon starve
 
Would feeding less help any. I feed everyday nori and pellets also 2 a week krill
Thats a maybe. They favor fine foods such as brine shrimp and suspended matter
 
Just noticed these pics which are clearer. You may be dealing with sponge here and Not tube worms. Simply using a sm crochet needle or dental pick, pull each strand away and discard
