Vinegar dosing PH affects

Started dosing vinegar to control nutrients, currently having to dose manually once a day until I can get a dosing pump setup.
Using the vinegar dosing chart found on R2R, I am on week 7, 36.8ml, 200 gallon column.
I am far enough along that my PH is dropping a good 1/2 point when dosing the tank.
I know Randy typically suggests to dump several tsp of calcium hydroxide In The vinegar but I don’t have any, I have a calcium reactor, don’t use 2 part.
Would adding baking soda (Sodium bicarbonate) or arm calcium reactor media to the vinegar have the same affect as calcium hydroxide?

I don’t think those two choices are best. If you have baking soda and want to use it, I’d bake it first to make sodium carbonate.
