I have the BRS 75 gpd 5 Stage Plus filter. A few weeks ago it clogged up. I finally got to the piece in the pic below, cleaned it out and that seemed to be the fix.

It's clogged again. This time it's going through the membrane and water is coming out of the dirty water line. It looks like its clogged somewhere before the DI stage.

That is the auto shut off valve. Do you use it? If not you can just couple the lines together and take that piece out of the equation.

Your sediment filter and carbon block should remove anything that could possibly plug of foul the ASOV. You have other, major problems if it is getting clogged.
How old is the system? How old are the sediment and carbon filters? Do they get changed every 6 months and is the system disinfected at that time? What is your tap water TDS and RO only TDS? What is your incoming pressure and the pressure after the sediment and carbon filters? What is your exact measured waste ratio using a measuring cup and watch or clock for exactly one minute on both the treated and waste water lines? What is your water temperature? These are all very important pieces of information and necessary for troubleshooting a RO or RO/DI system.
