Water flow/powerhead question

Had one powerhead, aquatop mcp 10 powerhead. Added a 2nd on other side. Wonfering if this is overkill or if its pretty normal. I will add some more rock eventually to add more layers and caves so im sure that will cause the flow to act different. Just want to make sure this wont tick off corals in future. Does look like its moving my sandbed quite a bit in one area.

I can't see the video, but if it's kicking up a lot of sand or your crabs and snails are hanging on for dear life - yeah, it's probably too much flow. You may want to disable the second unit until you get the aquascaping all in-place.

Haha, yea. The crabs were walking and looked like the shells where lifting off
