Okay, this may be a ridiculous question; Has anyone ever tried plugging a powerhead into an "outlet flasher" to achieve random current flow on the cheap??
Don't know if it would work, I'm no electrician! Just wondered if anyone had any input on the possibility? Might be really hard on the powerhead?

Yes it will be hard on the power-head cause it will run in reverse or not at all.
There's is a cheapo wp40 pump on the market but it's out of china and brand new, nobody knows long term results.
I'll stick to the real guns my MP40's and 60's.
American product and outstanding service that no company comes close too!

I personally have had the Jebao WP40 for 2 months, it runs 24 hours a day and I have not had one issue. I previously had 2 MP10s and the WP-40 is quieter and produces a ton more flow.

You can get the HERE I ordered mine and got it 8 days later. I would advise though if you could spend the extra 10$ and order the Power Supply that you can change the voltage on. SO that way if its to powerful you can dial the voltage back and slow it down.
