Weird algae in refugium

Ever since i got cheato it hasn't grown. It just stays green and sits there. Other algae has been growing on the sump baffles, it looks almost like a small plant, it looks like it has roots and leaves on the top of it. Here are some pictures.

Honestly and it sounds strange , I’d let the stuff grow out a bit.
Kinda almost looks like bryopsis but might just be a gha.

If your nutrients are low it could explain the slow chato growth or as the other stuff is growing well, you might need to move the chato to the better flow.
