Came home to some weird recession in the middle of my scoly. Have had it for 4+ months everything else in my tank is doing fine. I haven't seen anything like this before. Any ideas? All parameters are normal, but I do run my temperature at 82.

just had the same thing happen to me! its repairing itself though thankfully. I'm pointing the finger at my cleaner shrimp, they're always stealing food out of my acans and meat corals as well as my anemones.

I was thinking my wrasse or hermits did this because I just fed it a fat meal last night! Thank you for the response

id blame the hermits, i launched all of mine after they dined on a couple acan colonies. like right off my balcony lol.
