Found this weird worm / bug on my Zoa frag today. I’ve had the frag for about 3 weeks now and I even dipped it before moving to my tank.

It’s a whiteish clear worm size of a grain of rice. Has small legs here is picture.

Let me know what you think it is!

Pic is a little blurry for positive I.d but it is a nudibranch and often I Recommend. . . if you did not place it in the tank- remove it unless a berghia which it is not

Can you get a video of its movement/behaviour? This looks like a copepod to me as well
 
I think that's a pod aswell just contorted and out of the water so I see what people are saying with nudibranch, but when in doubt take it out and in this case don't put it in if you have a bad feeling about it.
