Weird worm need ID

Okay went to look at tank after lights out and I see this thing crawling on my glass that I have no clue what it is. I’ve always heard when in doubt pull it out so that’s what I did and now I’d love to I’d the little thing.

Here are 3 pics I got before it went down the drain.
