Looks like too high a nutrient load for whatever you have as a filtration system. That plus white light tends to grow unwanted things. I see very little rock also.
Maybe you could give us a little more info??

Yes, much more info is needed for this.

How big is your tank?
What kind of filtration are you using?
How much flow you got going on?
What are your current test results?
How often are you feeding?
