What can be making these?

Hello guys,

I’ve been having hard issues with algae. It’s somehow, getting better. However, I’ve noticed these long lines of “poo”? They’re about everywhere on the rocks.
Any idea what these are?

They’re soft... like made of sand/dust/debris... They dissolve if I try to touch them.
