What do they eat?

Please remember I am a total newbe!!

Do Zoas and Palys require any type of food, feeding or suppliments to thrive?

Not required. But i've recently learned (thanks Jody ) that palys will grow faster if fed.

I have found that out of all my zoas and palys only a couple actually eat. And it's mainly my PE type palys. When I feed the fish or my LPS they'll catch some mysis or cyclopeze. But the rest seem to thrive off of light and a good flow.
