What do you test for?

After seeing the "Do you test for potassium" thread.... I had no idea that was even a "thing".
Got me wondering what ya'll use and test for....
I set our (wife is driving force behind it) tank up on 1/2/18. Cycled fully and been slowly adding fish/beginner softies since. I use API products and test the following, PH, NH, NO2, NO3, CA, KH, PO. I use a refractometer for salinity and a Thermoworks. thermometer for temp. I test once a week.
What are all the parameters you test/monitor, what do you use to test and how often.

My Apex keeps track of PH and Salinity. I test for ALK, Ca, Nitrates, and Phosphates a few times a week. I use both Salifert and Red Sea test kits, as well as the Hanna Phosphorus kit.
