what is chaeto and how dose it work?

its a stringy green algae that you harvest in your refugium...

the theory is, grow it in the fuge, consuming the nutrients that grow algae, and that way their isn't any left to grow algae in the display.

And you get tons and tons of pods that live in it, which provides live food for your fish and corals.
