It doesnt look like gha at all. i dont get it, its all over the rocks and frag plugs

It is one of the more difficult algae to battle. You will start by pulling all you can by hand. Once done, take a dental pick or small crochet needle and remove roots.
You must remove roots or it will return with a vengeance.
Also, reduce white light intensity
