So I have this saltwater fish that swam into my bucket while I was collecting rock from the ocean (yes it’s legal where I am) and I’m wondering what it is. Any idea?

Are you in Asia/Pacific region? That looks like an Ambasis. They are also called glassfish. There are a couple of dozen species.
