What is this on frogspawn?

Hi, I noticed this on my frogspawn while counting heads and was wondering what it was. Another head growing? Animal? Thanks!

Yup new head. It may or may not make it. It is under the coral and that coral looks happy. Happy coral get fluffy and shade the under parts, where that new head is. No light, no coral.
But I hope it makes it! Don't worry if it doesn't, it will grow new heads.
