this started to grow in my tank. Any idea what it is??? Any input is appreciated

It's a type of macroalgae called Caulerpa Serrulata or commonly known as sawtooth algae

Good natural nutrient export but it can be hard to get rid of if you don't want it due to the root / horizontal stems get a good grip.
