What is this worm?

What are these worms? There are a lot and I don’t like them at all. Does anyone know any predators?

Spaghetti worm and reef safe. They eat detritus from the sand and uneaten food

I did some research and see they are a good thing, but I have too many in my display and they look bad. Does anything eat them?
