I saw a coral today and there's something on it.

Look like mesenterial filaments. Either that coral is digesting something under the filaments, or that coral has been injured by something and is leaking filaments.

It's part of the coral, so no, not ok. But if it's spewing filaments it's probably on the way out anyway.
