I think it's fine.
If it blows if it's a cyano. But it's likely jus part of what is going to soon coat the rocks.
Just unsettling as the rocks are still white.

Okay thanks my tank is also fairly new (around 1 and a half months old) I'm assuming this is some kind of aquarium puberty,
