What is this??

I purchased this lobo about a month ago. The lfs I purchased it from is a never again on my list. I gave it a dip before adding to my DT. Seem to be doing fine for the most part, but one side is what appears to be bleaching and there’s this growth sprouting like algae is on the coral. Could you all give me some good news?

The algae is growing on the dead skeleton of the coral where the tissue has receded. I'd keep it in low light with low flow and broadcast feed occasionally.
