What is this!!???

I moved the rock in my tank and a fat bright orange worm shot out of the substrate onto my hand. I freaked out because I hate all bristolworms and fire worms, anyway what is it? It does not look like any Bristol worm that I have caught in the past.

its an orange bristleworm or "fire" bristle worm, cleanup crew. dont touch it, those spikes hurt. Put it back in the tank
