Hi - my tank has been running a couple of months now and I have 2 clowns and various corals and cuc.

I currently test for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, phosphate, PH and salinity. I have read about calcium, alkalinity and magnesium.

Should I be testing for these?

It really depends on the maturity of your reef and the types of corals you already have, newer systems don't necessarily need to have certain test performed right away but as your system starts to mature and inhabitants starts to consume calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium you will have to do supplemental dosing to keep the levels at your desired level.

Here is a good read on the subject.
