I have looked through a lot of problem threads and the stickys and I can't find anything talking about this, doesn't mean it's not there, just that I couldn't find it.

So I am guess this condition is caused by my water condition because multiple polyps from different frags/colonies are doing it. So the necks are constricting and the polyps are closing up real tight, so it looks like a ball on the end of a stick kinda. My camera is on the charger will try to pot a picture later. Any know what this could mean?

Constricted neck, polyp closed up tight, Looks something similar to a flower that hasn't bloomed yet.

NO2 <0
PO4 0
Alk 7.8
Mag +1200
Calcium 470

Why does it feel like my zoas/and palys are more difficult to care for than my SPS, and LPS haha.

I think once you get a picture up this will help
Your Mg is low in relation to your Ca. Mg should be 1410 right now. get these two balanced in a are of Ca 410 450 and mg 1260 to 1380.

You you do need Po4's and No3's in the water, this is what the corals live off of, not a lot but you need them. I always have way to much for the reason I feed heavy and have to carbon & GFO dose all the time:) I do this on purpose though to keep the corals feed.
