My dottyback have some injury on its fin. He like to go inside the holes of my fiji rocks and I'm thinking that it just might be a a sharp edge or something. However, I want to be sure. Can you guys take a look at these pictures and tell me what you think it might be?

If you can't QT, then your best option would be to food soak antibiotics and/or vitamins (for the infection).
You'll also need to use Seachem Focus with the antibiotics to bind it to food: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/metronidazole.298762/#post-3655831
You may also need to use Prazipro to rid your system of worms (flukes), but no way of knowing that without the aforementioned FW dip to confirm their presence.

i agree as well. Whatever you decide to do, I would suggest doing it swiftly. bacterial infections can get out of hand very quickly.
