When to refill Kalkstirrer

Will all the powder dissolve in the kalkstirrer when it's time to add more Kalk? My parameters continue to drop even though I increase the hourly dosage. Maybe my Kalk is no longer saturated even though there is still Kalk in the base of the reactor?
Any input?

@mcarroll, are you still using a conductivity monitor in conjunction with your kalkwasser? What was your overall experience monitoring kalkwasser potency with a conductivity meter?

That's not necessarily calcium hydroxide at the bottom of your stirrer. It's probably insoluble calcium carbonate or other precipitates - probably no longer helping you with Ca and Alk.
