Which clam is which?

I really can't tell the difference between Maxima, crocea n derasa.
I know squamosa has this shell with large scute.... that's about it.
I came across two blue clam with one seller claiming it's squamosa n the other crocea. Truthfully they both looks the same......T.T

Most likely maximas, derasa have brown flesh not blue.

If you cannot tell the differences between the species the your observation is not useful either. Good pictures is the o ly way we can ID them. To ID a clam, it take a lot of formations. Pattern and shape of the mantle is only some of these information.
So, if you want any meaningful help, you got t provide GOOD PICTURES.
