Is it true that all blues spectrum is for rich color and whites for growth? I currently have A.I hydras with whites on 55 and blues on 75... If that's true am thinking of slowly ramping my whites slowly to match my blues. What you think?

The 420-460nm (Violet-Royal Blue) is your Primary Grow Spectrum along with a little Red

AI uses Cree LEDs which for the most part are full spectrum with a very nice 450nm spike.

If you ramp up your whites you will increase your PAR which is a good thing. Corals once acclimated do better with more light vs less. I'm not sure If AI Bins their LEDs for spectrum. The warmer Bins of the Cool White tend to have a yellow look so adjust it to taste. 200 PAR on the sand bed is good for clams and anemones.
