Pineapple sponge. Nothing to be concerned about. Harmless filter feeders.
That vermetid snail up and to the left and 2 more to the right however... pop it off the rock or super glue it shut.

Yikes. Well, then my advice would be reduce feedings. I have not had to battle them, but I understand their population explodes in overfed tanks.
If you do reduce feedings, the pineapple sponge numbers will likely fall too

I have mostly lps and softies, so, i will try to keep them away from those. They are growing pretty well. I guess the snails are pretty much harmless if kept away. No plans on sps. Too hard to keep. At this point, for me. Every tank I’ve had, has had them at one point. If its not one thing its another... lol
