Ok, so I'm getting read to redo my tank. When you guys decide to rework the rock do you take the fish and inverts out or work around them? I'm about to add 70 more lbs to my 220g DT tank. I've just finished cleaning to rock and about to start seeding it with water change water. I just dont know if this much tank work will be too stressful on my little guys.
With fish or trap them?

I have a structure im putting into place and doing some rework to make existing structures bigger.
I was also thinking about making a "tunnel" out of egg crate to help support the rock and possibly add a length of pvc with holes drilled in it to make closed loop return to help avoid dead spots in the rock. The sand I have in the tank now will get turned up a lot. I feel with this much work it might be better to house the fish in a temp aquarium for a few hrs.
