Worm on Hammer?

Was looking at the copepods in my tank and noticed something red just below one of the heads on my hammer. I snapped a couple pics and it shot right back into its hole. Anything to be concerned about?

Sorry for the out of focus pics. Was holding flashlight with one hand and snapping pics with the other.

looks to be a tube worm, pretty harmless filter feeder. almost like a feather duster

Should be fine. I've had multiple lps with tube worms never causing an issue.
