Just took a close look at my rock and found these hair like things in some area's. Tank is 6 months old
Salinity 1.023
Phosphate .025
Alkalinity 8.26
Nitrate 3
Nitrites 0.05
Ph 8.07
Magnesium 1440
Calcium 440
Just switched to a sump with 2 4" socks protien skimmer mostly rock refuguim some micro alge in the rock just put over 8000 pods in and I use 30ml of plankton every two days.
