Wrasse sitting on bottom

I got a Melanurus wrasse a couple days ago and it ate at first. But after two days it stopped eating and is breathing very hard. I’m not sure what to do I have in a qt right now and I have prazipro on hand. It also is only moving one full plate. Any help would be great. Thanks

Wrasse can act pretty strange for the first few days especially if the fish was shipped. Did you order the fish online?

No I got it from a lfs that I get all my fish from. I had them feed him in the store, and he ate like crazy so I brought him home.

This is all he is doing right now and will occasionally swim.

Oh sorry I forgot to mention that it is falling on its side every couple seconds so it keeps propping itself up on an edge

Sorry for not replying I have not been on lately he died later that night from something I have no clue of. Now I’m trying to deal with a coral beauty that has velvet. The struggle never ends
