Xr30 g4 pro setting

I have an xr30 g4 pro on im nuvo 20 gallon tank. Light is mounted on ecotechs mounting arm. Any recommendations on intensity, photo period, etc. It’s a frag/quarantine tank which will house mostly lps, zoa, mushrooms and some sps.

I currently have the same light over the IM Peninsula 20 and have it running sps AB+ schedule at 50% intensity. I do have the diffuser so take that drop in par into account. Overall my acropora are liking it and my zoas/euphyllia/acans are more colorful than ever.

Thanks for your reply. Do you have a screen cover on? I use the the one that came with tank and noted that it dropped par values by about 25 percent. I’m currently running AB+ at 25 percent intensity and some corals which I took out of my display tank (mainly lit by t5) are having some difficultly adjusting to this light. It’s been only a few weeks since I moved some corals over so I’ll just ride it out.
Also, would you recommend using the diffuser?

I run the SPS AB+ from 9AM to 6Am at 100%, im using the XR15W Pro Gen 4

Corals love it, fish love it. When the lights go off everyone goes to bed and the fish are usually awake an hour before the lights go on

40G IM Nuvo AIO, and I use the Ecotech stand, so maybe about... 8 inches from the water surface. I plan to add a lunar cycle to the lights as well in the coming weeks.

Edit: Sorry just checked.. from 9:57AM to 5PM im at 69% intensity
