The yellow organism in the foreground definitely looks like a sponge, maybe some yellow Dysidea species. Has it been removed from water during collection?

The brown organism in the background is the calcified brown macroalgae, Padina, also known as Scroll algae.

At first I thought eucheuma spinosum but more like Yellow Calcite Sponge (member of clathrina species)
